After having some bad experiences (where I was overcharged and underwhelmed by the service), I turned to Yelp and found Ageless.

Sherwood came to my house promptly and was a complete professional - and extremely personable! Their prices were extremely reasonable and the work was done well. Did I also mention they rescued a family of baby birds that took up residence in my chimney?! Ha!

Left no mess to be cleaned up, they were very careful when going in and out of the yard to make sure our dog didn't get loose. The work was done on time, on budget and with a 2 year warranty !! read less

I gave ageless chimney a call after their website provided me with great information. The owner Bob came to my house the same week. They were able to rebuild and fix my chimney so I could use heat and hot water. I was so impressed with the way the company was efficient and clean. Highly recommend them! read less

I asked around for recommendations. Friends, neighbors, & other trades that I respected had no one to recommend. I had no recourse but to go online. With much trepidation I got 3 estimates from total strangers. However, apart from the much better price of the work , I felt most comfortable with ageless chimney because they came highly rated from BBB, Angie's list & a number of other rating organizations. I truly made the right decision. Sherwood, one of the owners could not have been nicer. His crew was extremely professional & efficient. He even went so far as to repair something in my boiler room that had nothing to do with the chimney ( at no cost). Great job, price & experience. I would highly recommend them. read less

Not only were they punctual and courteous but they did an amazing job updating the inside and outside of my chimney. Those of you from Levittown know that these houses have been around the block and then some. After coming by to give us an estimate on a chimney cap, they noticed that the top three rows of our chimney was coming apart. With winter coming around the corner, I didn't want to waste any time getting the job done. These guys knew things were getting pretty busy as well and were able to fit us in that day. In a matter of two hours they completely re-did the masonry on our chimney, inserted a stainless steel liner, and installed an new flue and cap.

Their attention to detail while minimizing the impact to a lazy Saturday afternoon was much appreciated by me and my wife. I recommend this family owned business to anyone needing that special attention to their chimney and home. read less

They are consumate professionals. I was in need of a walkway to be built in front of my 94 year old mother's house. This was a logistical nightmare as I live 60 miles away. Communicating with Sherwood either directly or through Cheryl was easy, effective and efficient. I was offered 2 options, pavers or cement and 2 estimates for the job. We opted for the pavers which were slightly more expensive but well worth it in my opinion. Sherwood and his team were prompt, organized and did a wonderful job. I originally asked for chimney and boiler sweep but one of the guys took a look and said I didn't need the boiler sweep which id have never known. They were fast and efficient. When they went up to the roof they took pictures to show the damage I had and offered an estimate for future work. After calling multiple vendors who all basically told us that we would have to stay in this cold for two more days until the stores opened on Monday, Bob from Ageless came in as an answer to out prayers! Him and his team got to work on the chimney (which vents the air from the boiler) immediately! He understood that we couldn't just stay in the house without heat and risk bursting the water pipes, put in a temporary chimney pipe and within few hours we had heat in our house!! When the stores opened on Monday him and his team got to work with the insulated pipe and replaced the temporary chimney! The work was done professionally and quickly! We highly recommend Bob and Ageless Chimney to everyone!! read less

Suffice to say we were lucky the safety switch was working. After being unsuccessful in contacting the individual he recommended, I asked for two estimates. Friends and experts admonished me that low prices could mean cheaper materials that can comprise more than benefit. With Ageless, I got the best of both business worlds in terms of price and quality.

Ageless was better than punctual and Keith and Bob could not have been nicer or more professional. Their price was by far much better than the national average I researched. Further, I was assured stainless steel materials would be used. This pledge was left in writing and also is featured on their website.

Without ever forcing me to make a decision with typical fearmongering or shady sales tactics, I was told they could do everything on the spot, exceeding my expectations. Given the weather was uncharacteristically warm, I confidently accepted the offer.

Keith was very patient answering any questions I had. I am impressed by professionals who do not dismiss our concerns that may seem trivial to them. In the meantime and unbeknownst to me, Bobby began to speak to my mother who is a good judge of character. She was delighted to say the least. Both representatives speak and act like gentlemen who do not take advantage of potentially vulnerable populations. Rather, they enhance your safety profile and desire to promote goodwill.

The work was meticulously neat and we were encouraged to call if any questions should arise with our boiler guy. Further, Keith and Bob did not recommend anything more than others were recommending which confirms their honesty.

I would recommend Ageless with no reservation and am very satisfied with the services rendered. read less

Found ageless chimney on Yelp. They responded right away. We set a date and two men came. I think it was an owner and a helper. The owner gave an estimate and we hired him. They did the work same day. They were very professional, courteous and very clean. We submitted the claim to our insurance company. They paid everything (except the deductible) and said the price we were charged was a very fair, good price. The whole experience was easy and not stressful at all. They were terrific -- turned up on time, showed us pictures/videos of the work that needed doing (and more pictures after they had done it), and offered good prices. Christian and Bob came back to do the work that we needed on a Saturday, and they were extremely professional and efficient, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. read less
