Since I have absolutely no knowledge of chimney's, I was definitely nervous when shopping around for a chimney repair company. Luckily I came across Bobby and Sherwood at Ageless. These guys have a very personable and trustworthy approach to the business. They explain the work that needs to be done in simple terms, so I can understand.

First off, I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism. I was really pleased with the fact that the owner of the company came with another contractor. Not only did he explain to the maintainence staff the services that we needed but he also explained it to myself and the other administrative staff members (there was a major repair that was needed). I was extremely satisfied with the work they did at my school so I hired them to do a roofing job on my home in addition to rebuilding my chimney. Found ageless chimney on Yelp. They responded right away. We set a date and two men came. I think it was an owner and a helper. The owner gave an estimate and we hired him. They did the work same day. They were very professional, courteous and very clean. We submitted the claim to our insurance company. They paid everything (except the deductible) and said the price we were charged was a very fair, good price. The whole experience was easy and not stressful at all. After calling multiple vendors who all basically told us that we would have to stay in this cold for two more days until the stores opened on Monday, Bob from Ageless came in as an answer to out prayers! Him and his team got to work on the chimney (which vents the air from the boiler) immediately! He understood that we couldn't just stay in the house without heat and risk bursting the water pipes, put in a temporary chimney pipe and within few hours we had heat in our house!! When the stores opened on Monday him and his team got to work with the insulated pipe and replaced the temporary chimney! The work was done professionally and quickly! From that first call to the completion of the job, the many 5 star reviews were right on -- so I'm adding one.

Joe and his assistant arrived early and got right to work, quoting me a very fair price for a full sweep. Little did he know that he would find triple the amount of soot than generally encountered.

Not only did they complete the job with no additional cost (I would have understood an upcharge for the amount of work), but Joe suggested we have the burner serviced as the amount of soot indicated to him a potential failing unit.

These guys did a great job, kept a dirty job from messing up the house -- and made a friend with my dog! They also have a loyal customer moving forward. read less

I called Ageless Chimney at 10:30 and they were here by noon. They quickly figured out the problem and actually had all of the material with them (which was a pleasant surprise since I had no idea what the issue was).

They replaced the liner in no time at all and went above and beyond to make sure my chimney was in perfect condition for years to come.

The guys showed up and really took care of business. We had the upper portion of our chimney rebuilt and it looks amazing. Very clean job. I was having a boiler installed and my boiler guy said that we need somebody to clean out the chimney... read moreI was having a boiler installed and my boiler guy said that we need somebody to clean out the chimney before he starts the boiler up so last minute I was scrambling around trying to find somebody who could get there within the next few hours. I call these guys and they were able to come within a couple of hours and clean out my chimney but they ran into was a clogged chimney with the clay falling apart clogging my chimney so these guys are put in an insert and a cap while it was dark out. Got my boiler running cuz it was like 30 degrees out here in New York and was able to get heat that night if it wasn't for these guys I don't know what I would have done thank you guys you're the best highly recommended read less

Sherwood came to my house promptly and was a complete professional - and extremely personable! Their prices were extremely reasonable and the work was done well. Did I also mention they rescued a family of baby birds that took up residence in my chimney?! Ha!

I just purchased a house in the Levittown area, and needed some chimney work done before the cold season hits. They arrived exactly on time as scheduled, and made sure to protect my carpets from all the dirt of the cleaning. They showed me a video of my 60 year old chimney in desperate need of a new Liner. Bobby gave me an excellent price , and made any necessary repairs to my chimney bricking. They were quick, clean and courteous. I could not have asked for a better job!! I highly recommend Ageless Chimney. I certainly will only be using these guys for my future cleaning / repair work.
