After calling multiple vendors who all basically told us that we would have to stay in this cold for two more days until the stores opened on Monday, Bob from Ageless came in as an answer to out prayers! Him and his team got to work on the chimney (which vents the air from the boiler) immediately! He understood that we couldn't just stay in the house without heat and risk bursting the water pipes, put in a temporary chimney pipe and within few hours we had heat in our house!! When the stores opened on Monday him and his team got to work with the insulated pipe and replaced the temporary chimney! The work was done professionally and quickly! They arrived exactly on time as scheduled, and made sure to protect my carpets from all the dirt of the cleaning. They showed me a video of my 60 year old chimney in desperate need of a new Liner. Bobby gave me an excellent price , and made any necessary repairs to my chimney bricking. They were quick, clean and courteous. I could not have asked for a better job!! First off, I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism. I was really pleased with the fact that the owner of the company came with another contractor. Not only did he explain to the maintainence staff the services that we needed but he also explained it to myself and the other administrative staff members (there was a major repair that was needed). I was extremely satisfied with the work they did at my school so I hired them to do a roofing job on my home in addition to rebuilding my chimney. I have referred Ageless Chimney to my friends and family. I strongly feel that anyone would be crazy to hire another company. read less

I called Ageless Chimney at 10:30 and they were here by noon. They quickly figured out the problem and actually had all of the material with them (which was a pleasant surprise since I had no idea what the issue was).
