I just moved into a new house and found out that my gas could not be turned on because there was something wrong with the chimney.

I called Ageless Chimney at 10:30 and they were here by noon. They quickly figured out the problem and actually had all of the material with them (which was a pleasant surprise since I had no idea what the issue was).

They replaced the liner in no time at all and went above and beyond to make sure my chimney was in perfect condition for years to come.

Communicating with Sherwood either directly or through Cheryl was easy, effective and efficient. I was offered 2 options, pavers or cement and 2 estimates for the job. With much trepidation I got 3 estimates from total strangers. However, apart from the much better price of the work , I felt most comfortable with ageless chimney because they came highly rated from BBB, Angie's list & a number of other rating organizations. I truly made the right decision. Sherwood, one of the owners could not have been nicer. His crew was extremely professional & efficient. I knew i needed a liner, and was worried that the damage to my chimney would get worse the longer i waited. I was also nervous about carbon monoxide back drafting down the chimney. I never expected them to be able to even come by on the same day for an estimate. I was super surprised when they made it to my house at 3PM and had the liner in the truck ready to be installed. My wife said the work was done very fast, the employees were extremely nice and very helpful. They left my house with no mess, and very clean. I just would like to thank everyone involved in making this a super easy installation and way faster than i ever imagined. I appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality workmanship. I cannot thank you or recommend you all enough.

Found ageless chimney on Yelp. They responded right away. We set a date and two men came. I think it was an owner and a helper. The owner gave an estimate and we hired him. They did the work same day. They were very professional, courteous and very clean. We submitted the claim to our insurance company. They paid everything (except the deductible) and said the price we were charged was a very fair, good price. The whole experience was easy and not stressful at all.
